Requirement for procurement documents:
Only one legal entity may participate in the tender procedure from a group of affiliated (related) companies. The other is considered as a restriction of competition and is the basis for withdrawal from the competition of all affiliated participants.
Requirements for electronic copies of documents, each electronic document must be:
- easy to read;
- is saved to a separate file, while a single page document is saved to a separate file, and a document containing multiple pages and applications must also be grouped into a single file ( for example, the Charter should be scanned into a single file (black and white PDF) rather than separate pages; $

1. The applicant uploads the constituent documents in one archive:
1.1. Power of attorney for the right to sign the tender documentation;
1.2. Details of the legal entity in the editable file excel/ word;
1.3. Buch report for the last reporting — Form №1, Form №2;
1.4. A certificate of average number of employees certified by IFNS;
1.5. Letter on the applicable tax system;
1.6. Extract from the Unified State Register of Legal Entities;
1.7. Charter;
1.8. Certificate of registration for tax registration;
1.9. Order on appointment of the director
2. Certified scan copy "Functional requirementscold", as well as in editable excel format
3. Certified scan copy of the "Presentation of the Applicant.docx"
4. Written confirmation of the presence of own certified and having valid certificates of personnel for the performance of this type of work. (qualifications, available certificates, etc.), reference list (not more than 3 years) $
5. The participant of the procedure confirms the possibility of working on means of electronic document circulation (EDO) by downloading a certified scan copy of "EDO.docx"
6. A certified scan copy on the letterhead "Authorized_Contactnoe_lito_b2b"
7. To each lot is formed an offer for installation and maintenance, as well as loaded offers for repair of faults.
In the file "KP for repair" specified reference prices offer which it is recommended not to exceed.
File "KP for repair" must be loaded in two formats:
1. Certified scan copy
2. Editable excel format
The Participant of this request confirms that the Participant Company is ready to sign the Standard Contract Form
This procedure of request for proposals is not an auction or a tender, does not fall under the scope of Art. 447-449 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation and does not entail the occurrence of legal obligations at the Customer's choice supplier.
