Обязательное требование к участникам закупки::Наличие действующей лицензии на право деятельности по монтажу, техническому обслуживанию и ремонту средств обеспечения пожарной безопасности зданий и сооружений в соответствии с требованиями п.п. 15 п. 1 ст. 12 Федерального закона от 04.05.2011 г. № 99-ФЗ «О лицензировании отдельных видов деятельности» и Положением о лицензировании деятельности по монтажу, техническому обслуживанию и ремонту средств обеспечения пожарной безопасности зданий и сооружений» (утвержденным Постановлением Правительства РФ от 28.07.2020 № 1128).

Участник закупки предоставляет в составе коммерческого предложения Выписку из реестра лицензий лицензирующего органа на осуществление деятельности по монтажу, техническому обслуживанию и ремонту средств обеспечения пожарной безопасности зданий и сооружений по видам работ, являющимися предметом закупки, выданную МЧС в соответствии с постановлением Правительства РФ от 27.07.2020 № 1128 «О лицензировании деятельности по монтажу, техническому обслуживанию и ремонту средств обеспечения пожарной безопасности зданий и сооружений» или копия акта лицензирующего органа о принятом решении
