Auto-extension

Payment terms:All payments shall be made in rubles of the Russian Federation. If the prices in the Goods Specifications are expressed in the currency of a foreign country, payment is made at the rate established by the Central Bank of the Russian Federation on the day of payment.
The price of the goods includes VAT and all costs, costs and other expenses of the Supplier, including related costs associated with the execution of the Supply Agreement.
The customer pays for the goods upon the delivery of the goods, by bank transfer through the transfer of the value of the actually delivered goods from his settlement account, on the basis of the Acceptance Certificate Act of the goods delivered and signed by both Parties, accompanied by documents confirming the amount of delivered goods, within 30 ( thirty) calendar days from the date of signing by the Customer of the Acceptance Certificate of delivered goods.
Delivery terms:Installation and all related works must be performed no later than 30 (thirty) calendar days from the date of signing by the parties to the Agreement.
