Treaty settlements are made by the Customer by transferring funds to the account of the Contractor / Contractor on the first working Tuesday or Thursday (depending on what comes first) within 30 calendar days from the date of signing by both parties of the performed works, the rendered services (form number H-A4) provided timely provision of the invoice (or HPA).
Term of payment under the contract is determined by the participant independently of the specified range and is set to contract with them (the preferred value of the due date - 60 calendar days).
The decision to choose the winner will be made at the most advantageous for the PAO "Tatneft" conditions using a financial calculator (Appendix №8)

ВАЖНАЯ ИНФОРМАЦИЯ!!:В связи с участившимися случаями необоснованного отказа от поданного коммерческого предложения / от заключения договора, принято решение об изменении правил включения Участников закупочных процедур в стоп-лист ПАО «Татнефть». В случае первого необоснованного отказа – включение в стоп-лист сроком на 6 месяцев, в случае повторного отказа – на постоянной основе.
ВАЖНАЯ ИНФОРМАЦИЯ!!!:В случае отсутствия справки ФНС по форме КНД 1120101, данный документ возможно предоставить в течение 3-х рабочих дней после завершения процедуры. С 14.01.2019 в тендерных процедурах, где организатором является ПАО «Татнефть» (Центр закупок) продление сроков завершения тендера НЕ предусмотрено! В связи с чем, необходимо заблаговременно подать свое предложение. Лот будет разыгран без проведения редукциона и переторжек. Выбор победителя будет осуществляться на основании единственного предложения. Извещение о результатах процедуры будет доступно во вкладке "Файлы, загруженные организатором" после подведения итогов.
