4. Scope of work:
4.1. Requirements for supplied equipment
• Contractor supplies equipment according to the project GD-06/2019AK
• Supply Danfoss frequency converters or their Siemens analogues
4.2. List of works
• To perform installation and commissioning, according to the project GD-06/2019AK to ensure the specified parameters of the furnace output at the point A discharge - 1500 Pa, the maximum temperature Tg = 220°C and flue gas volume Vg 23 000 nm3/h. Provide the necessary parameters of the gas-air mixture:
before electrofilters at points B1, B2, B3 Tc = 80°C
after electrostatic precipitators at points B1, B2, B3 Vc ≤ 46 000 nm3/h
• To ensure the regulation of discharge at point A — in the range of set point 1200-1600 Pa with accuracy ± 50 Pa with the temperature of gas-air mixture at points B1, B2, B3 — 75-80°C
• Ensure the maintenance of the specified parameters at points A, B1, B2, B3, B1, B2, B3.
• To carry out the alarm of the position (open and closed) of the manual valves K1-K2 and the shiber Sh1, and display on the visualization screen showing the scheme of the gas purification system and the values of the parameters in points A, B1, B2, B3, B1, B2, B3 at the moment.
• For dilution of flue gases to the desired temperature, use shutter valves P 1000х600 (6pcs) with MEO installed on gas passages in the shop.
• To supply the equipment of the facility in accordance with the project of PKO JSC "EPM-NEZ" EL — 001.13540
• Perform start-up and adjustment
• The work is performed by the contractor's dependant.
