Payment terms:	Payment for the work performed by the Contractor shall be made by the Customer within 45 (forty-five) calendar days from the date of signing by both Parties of the Acceptance Certificates of the work performed (form KS-2) or UPD, as well as an invoice duly executed in the amount of 90% of the cost indicated in the form KS-3 and invoice or UPD. The remaining 10% of the cost of the monthly performance specified in the Acceptance Certificates of the completed Works signed by the Parties (form KS-2) or UPD shall be paid to the Contractor within 45 (forty-five) calendar days from the date of signing the Acceptance Certificate of the completed construction, reconstruction, modernization of the facility by the acceptance commission.
