The participant of this trading procedure must necessarily provide the following documents:
1. Commercial offer in the form attached to the tender according to Appendix No. 1 to the Terms of Reference.
Routes where through / digit and, or letter (660/1, 770/2, etc.) is a single unit divided into shifts. For such routes, there must be 1 carrier performing services.
Recycling plant 551-552 route, also a single unit, divided into shifts.
2. Companies that do not have experience working with Rusagro Group of Companies - a reference list for similar projects in the form attached to the tender.
3. A package of documents according to the mandatory list attached to the tender.
4. Participation in the tender means the participant's consent to sign the standard form of the Rusagro Group contract without making changes. The template of the standard form is attached to the tender.
5. In addition to the package of documents from the list - the file "Mandatory list of documents", it is necessary to provide documents in accordance with paragraph 10 of the Terms of Reference.
In the absence of a complete package of documents, your application will not be considered!

We remind you that the price is the most significant, but not the only criterion for evaluating the offer. When choosing a winner, the tender commission takes into account a number of the following criteria: compliance with the TOR, delivery time /fulfillment, guarantees, price, advance/post-payment, advance security, business reputation and work experience, readiness to work under a standard contract.
