Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Payment terms:Deferred payment 21-30 calendar days after the delivery of the goods and the signing of the consignment notes/UPD
Delivery terms:Delivery is carried out according to requests, in production packaging; delivery by and at the expense of the Supplier, the packaging should be complete, without damage, unloading of the goods by the Buyer; delivery time from the moment of placing the order is no more than two, in remote places five days;
Prices are fixed for 6-12 months in rubles with VAT, with the possibility of changes by agreement of the parties;
Notification of changes in prices and assortment is sent 14 calendar days before the date of entry into force of the new conditions with a mandatory Appendix to the new Specification;
a single contract form is signed with all hotels of the chain.
Delivery of tea equipment free of charge for the duration of the contract. Acts of transfer, maintenance and repair works are issued separately with each hotel.

Comments:
1. Delivery of orders is carried out according to requests from the hotels of the chain.
2. Prices without VAT.
3. The volumes of weight tea should be specified STRICTLY in kilograms, packed in pieces. Indicate the weight of the serving bag in the "comments" column of the proposed tea.
4. Attach a file with a brief presentation and photos of the proposed tea equipment.
5. Attach a package of statutory documents
6. Be sure to fill out the "KP Form" file, sign and seal the organization and upload it to the documentation.
7. Be sure to fill in the file "List of hotels (distributors)" indicating the distributor for each hotel, sign and seal the organization and upload it to the documentation.
Venue of bidding:This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.
