Comments: The warranty period for the delivered Goods is at least 12 months from the date of signing the Consignment Note, but not less than the period established by the manufacturer.
Requirements for the quality of the supplied Goods:
The delivered goods must be free from defects related to materials or work on their manufacture. The delivered goods must be new, that is, not used, not restored, not recycled, not modified, not altered, without any restrictions (pledge, ban, arrest, etc.) admitted to free circulation on the territory of the Russian Federation, produced no earlier than 2020. The supplier must guarantee that the delivered goods are manufactured in accordance with the standards, indicators and parameters approved for this type of product; the goods are manufactured in the factory, is serial. The item meets the requirements specified in this Purchase Order.
The supplier shall, at his own expense, including payment of taxes, duties, customs clearance, insurance and other obligatory payments, carry out loading and unloading operations and deliver the goods to the address Customer;
Requirements for labeling and packaging of the Goods:
The product must be packed in individual packaging, without mechanical damage. The packaging must have intact protection against opening, have no other damage, must protect the goods from contamination and ensure the safety of the Goods during transportation and temporary storage. The packaging of the goods must meet the requirements of life safety, health and environmental protection, have the necessary markings, stickers, seals, and also make it possible to determine the quantity the goods contained in it (inventory, packing labels or sheets). When transferring the goods in a package that does not provide storage, the Customer has the right to refuse to accept and pay for the goods.
This price request procedure is not a tender and its conduct is not regulated by Articles 447-449 Part 1 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation.
This procedure is also not a public competition and is not regulated by Articles 1057-1061 Part 2 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation.
Thus, this inquiry procedure does not impose the corresponding amount of civil law obligations on the customer.
