Оплата по Договору осуществляется следующим образом:
4.2.1.Авансовый платеж выплачивается в размере 30% от цены Договора, что составляет ______________ (___________________) руб., включая НДС (18%) _______ (______________________________) рублей ___ копеек, в течение 30 (тридцати) календарных дней с даты подписания Договора, но не ранее чем за 30 (тридцать) календарных дней до даты начала оказания Услуг, при условии получения Заказчиком счета, выставленного Исполнителем.
4.2.2. Оплата за оказанные Услуги в размере 70% производится в течение 30 (тридцати) календарных дней с даты подписания Акта сдачи-приемки Услуг, на основании счета, выставленного Исполнителем.
