The winner of a bidding procedure shall be defined, provided signing the Model Contract without disagreements, according to the following criteria: 1. Minimum price; 2. Optimal delivery time of products; 3. The quality of products; 4. The reliability of the supplier;

1. The Organizer is interested in suppliers with experience in supplying these products. 2. Submission of proposals by the participant means meeting all the specified requirements for a variety of goods in the request, as well as unconditional acceptance of the terms of the contract and specifications. 3. All products must be new. 4. The cost of production should be fixed for the entire period of delivery. 5. Simultaneously with the delivered products provide quality certificate (conformance).

This request for quotations is not an offer (a public offer) made by the organizer. The organizer may cancel the purchase procedure in any time after it was announced, as well as after expiration of the bid submission deadline.
