Upon receipt of products within 60 calendar days from the date of delivery and provision of the original invoices, waybills, waybills, railway receipts and product certificates
Delivery terms:
The cost of delivery to the buyer's warehouse in Perm is included in the cost of production. Delivery time of products is until 13.09.2019.
Products should be new, only domestic production. Upon shipment, product certificates are required.

Comments: 1. Please, submit any questions concerning the bidding procedure via e-marketplace functionality ("Request for Clarifications").
2. Participants of this procedure MUST, before opening envelopes, attach the Applicant's Questionnaire and documents according to the list simultaneously with the submission of the proposal and a file in the form of a scanned copy of their commercial proposal signed by an authorized person and certified by the seal of the organization participating in this procedure, to their proposals in electronic form. In case a participant fails to comply with this requirement bidding organizer has the right not to consider such participant's proposal.
Proposals validity period - 30 days at least.
3. The supplier of the products must be the manufacturer, or the official dealer of the manufacturer, or the distributor (the participant provides the supporting documents at the same time as the offer).
4. The cost of production should be unchanged for the entire delivery period (written confirmation).
5. The presence of certificates, quality certificates and labeling upon shipment is mandatory
6. The buyer reserves the right to conduct independent research on the conformity of the steel grade. In case of non-compliance, the product will be returned to the supplier.
Note: Note, this RFP is not a notice of tender (public tender) or a public offer and is not subject to Articles 447 - 449, Part I, and Articles 1057 - 1061, Part II, of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, this procedure does not impose the corresponding amount of civil obligations on the Customer, and the Customer reserves the right to refuse all the received proposals for any reason, or to terminate the selection procedure at any time, without incurring any liability towards the participants.
