Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Payment terms:P/o - 30%, on the fact of readiness - 40%, and 30% within 10 working days after receipt. But all other things being equal, priority will be given to the supplier with a full deferred payment.
Delivery terms:Delivery is carried out at the expense of the supplier. We consider delivery to the buyer's warehouse in Mohsogolloh or to the station Aldan.

Comments:
1. The commercial offer should contain the cost of products, the cost of delivery (specify separately), delivery time, payment terms.
2. The product must be new 2018. production (not considered offers for used goods, restored or from storage)
3. Proposals are accepted from manufacturers or official representatives, which must be confirmed by an official document (certificate of representative, distributor, dealer);
4. This procedure is not a competition or public offer and is not regulated by Art. 447-449 and 1057-1061 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. The buyer has the right to refuse all incoming offers without imposing liability.
5. All questions on the procedure can be asked using the functionality of ETP;
6. The term of validity of the offer is not less than 30 calendar days.
Venue of bidding:This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.
