Required documents:
1. A commercial proposal for equipment in accordance with the statement of work indicating the cost including VAT (delivery to the Customer’s facility, cargo handling should be included in the price); If your organization operates on a simplified tax system, we ask you to set prices without VAT and make a note about this. Please be sure to indicate in the commercial terms of payment, delivery time, warranty periods for each type of equipment. Only proposals that are prepared in accordance with the technical characteristics of the equipment will be accepted for consideration. At least 1 lot must be submitted.
2. The balance sheet for the last reporting period for 2019, Statement of cash flows, Statement of profit and loss.
3. VAT return for the last reporting period.

Equipment delivery time is 14 calendar days from the date of payment of the advance.
Information about the possibility of using special procedures - rebidding is provided.
The winner can be selected for each of the lots played.
Venue of bidding:This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.
