If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Payment terms:The Buyer shall pay to the Supplier the sum in the amount of 15 (one hundred) percent of the consignment value within fifteen (15) business days from provision of the shipping documents (commercial invoice, consignment note or waybill).

Commercial proposal shall be issued on the letterhead paper sealed and signed by the company’s CEO and enclosed to the uploaded documents.
Commercial proposal shall specify:
1) The cost of goods and services with VAT in the warehouse of the Supplier, taking into account the packaging (Packing should only be in accordance with the requirements of GOST 15846-2002 and GOST 14192-96). In the KP, the final amount must necessarily be reflected. Cost should be final, firm, include all additional. expenses (packaging, marking, etc.).
3) Supplier’s relation to the products (free seller, dealer, representative, manufacturer, etc.) Be sure to upload dealer’s or representative’s certificate.
Specify product manufacturer and the country of origin.
4) Delivery time.
5) Warranty for the goods. It is necessary to specify the warranty period for the goods, as well as the date from which the guarantee begins to operate (from the date of shipment from the manufacturer, shipment from the supplier's warehouse, delivery to the Buyer's warehouse, commissioning).
6) Period for product replacement under warranty.
7) After-sales service (specify where applicable to the product. Are maintenance services, training or product-related consulting provided? Indicate the company that provides services for the supplied goods)
8) Experience of the supply of this product on the market (attach a reference list)
9) Estimated volume and weight of the cargo (for the entire volume).
10) Agreement with the contract.
11) Product availability in stock.
12) Commercial proposal must be accompanied with conformity certificates, passport, quality certificate, MSDS, certificate for packaging

Notes:
- Before shipment it is necessary to provide a photo of packaging and marking of the goods (requirements for marking in the loaded documentation)
- The supplied products shall be new, unused, manufactured not earlier than 6 months from the date of Technical and Commercial Proposal;
- This procedure for requesting a proposal is not a contest, and its conduct is not regulated by articles 447-449 part 1 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation;
- This procedure is also not a public competition and is not regulated by articles 1057-1061, part 2 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation
