Payment terms:The Buyer shall pay for the supplied products by money transfer to the Supplier's settlement account as follows: 100% of the cost of the goods - within 60 (sixty) calendar days from the date of acceptance of the goods from the Carrier in the Buyer's warehouse.
Delivery terms:The supplier delivers the goods at their own expense and in-house to the warehouse of the Buyer. The delivered goods must be new, not restored.
The term of the contract signing by the supplier is no more than five days from the receipt of the notice of recognition as the winner.
