company Tele2 conducts the procedure of analyzing the market of contractors for the provision of general construction works on expansion of the switchboard space Tele2 G. St. Petersburg. As a result of this procedure it is planned to form a list of companies that will participate in the tender for the right to contract.
Legal entities registered in the territory of the Russian Federation and sending the package of documents listed in the file "List of documents" are allowed to participate in this qualification selection.
Conditions: Post-payment 100%, within 30 calendar days from the moment of signing the act of executed works.
This notice is of an informational nature and is not an offer to conclude a contract as defined in art. 435-437 part I of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. The qualification selection is also not a competition, and its conduct is not regulated by articles 447-449 of part I of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. This procedure of RFI request is also not a public contest and is not regulated by articles 1057-1061 part II of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, this procedure of the RFI request does not impose on Tele2 the corresponding volume of civil obligations.
Tele2 assumes no obligation to conclude any contracts with the organizations company the above-mentioned package of documents.
A potential counterparty that provides a qualifying package of documents Tele2 in accordance with this notice shall be responsible for the payment of any costs of preparing the package of documents.
