Comments:
To participate in this trading procedure, applicants must provide:
1. Commercial offer (the template is attached to the auction).
2. Reference list, in the absence of experience with Rusagro Group of Companies (the template is attached to the auction).
3. It is necessary to submit information to the information resource.charter-ak.rf about consent to disclosure of tax secrets (Site Administration Information resource with information about tax "gaps", Phone: 8 (925) 835-74-39)
4. Participation in the tender means the consent of the participants to sign as annexes to the contract without making changes:
- tax clause (attached to the auction);
- consent to the disclosure of commercial secrets (attached to the auction);
- sanctions clause (attached to the auction).
The contract template will be used by the winning counterparty, BUT with adjustments by Tambov Bacon LLC
5. To conclude an agreement, the participant must provide a full package of statutory documents in accordance with Appendix No. 1 to this tender.
In the absence of a complete package of documents, your application will not be considered.
