Registration of property rights to the AMS and land in the Southern and Far Eastern regions
Comments: PJSC "VimpelCom" invites you to participate in the Prequalification of contractors to participate in the procurement event for the selection of contractors for the provision of documentation services for antenna mast structures (AMC) and for land plots for AMC in the Southern and Far Eastern regions for a period of 3 years ( 2019-2022).
The subject of prequalification is the preparation of design, initial permit and title documents for land for the placement of PJSC VimpelCom in the Southern and Far Eastern regions, in accordance with the list (but not limited to):
Ø Registration of rights to a land plot for the construction and subsequent operation of the AMS and power transmission lines, including (according to a separate task of the Customer) collection and preparation of a full set of documents for registration of rights to a land plot;
Ø Registration of ownership of the AMC (for the AMC requiring registration as real estate), including receipt of an extract from the Unified State Register of Real Estate (USRN), confirming the Customer’s ownership of the AMC.
The terms of reference and the annex to the statement of work, as well as the geography and forecast volumes of work in the investment
Planned stages of the purchase:
Stage 1. Collection of documents for Qualification. Approval of the list of qualified participants.
Stage 2. Commercial stage among qualified participants.
Stage 3. The selection of winners.
Stage 4. Conclusion of contracts.
To complete Stage 1, you must send the following documents to the email address Tenders_IDzantiev@beeline.ru no later than October 11, 2019 (in the subject line you should indicate "Name of participant / Prequalification of AMC and AMC memory for 2019-2022"). The total size of the letter should not exceed 10 MB (if necessary, you can send several letters or several volumes of one archive). The name of each file should indicate its contents.
Documents for Step 1_
1. Fill out the application form by submitting in PDF format (scan with signature);
2. Fill in Appendix 1 Details of the participant, presenting in Excel format;
3. Fill in Appendix 2. Financial analysis, presenting in Excel and PDF format (scan with signature);
4. Fill in a negotiating agreement in PDF format (scan with signature);
5. Fill out a statement of compliance with the qualification requirements of Excel and PDF (scan with signature).
The following documents must also be provided:
• Extract from the Unified State Register of Legal Entities dated 2019;
• The current edition of the charter with the current amendments;
• A power of attorney or other document authorizing one or another person to sign documents on behalf of the organization;
• Certificate of registration with the tax authority;
• Certificate of entry in the Unified State Register of Legal Entities;
• The balance sheet (for 2018 and 2019, at least 2 quarters) or other documents describing the financial and economic activities of the organization, please provide for closed periods of the current year, as well as a report at the end of previous periods (maximum 3 years);
• Profit and loss statement for the last two reporting years.
Electronic copies of documents must satisfy the following conditions:
• the participant must ensure that each scanned document is easy to read;
• Each scanned document must be saved in a separate file, while a document containing one page is saved in a separate file, and a document containing several pages and applications should also be grouped into one file, for example: The charter should not be scanned in separate pages, but in one file (PDF file in black and white);
• Each document must have a name (abbreviated) corresponding to its content.
The deadline for the provision of feedback from PJSC Vimpelcom: not October 18, 2019
Please note that your consent to participate in the procurement event of VimpelCom PJSC also means acceptance of the terms of the "Privacy Statement", and you will be responsible for non-compliance with the terms of the "Privacy Statement" in accordance with applicable law.
This invitation is not a notice of an open tender or auction in the sense of Articles 447-449 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, and, accordingly, does not entail obligations for PJSC VimpelCom provided for by these articles.
Venue of bidding:
