9. Positive feedback from customers on similar works.
Required permitting documents:
• Forest plot: Lease agreement, Forest Development Project, forest declaration and corresponding reports for the whole period of lease, reclamation project;
• Tundra: Legal documents on the right to use the territory for geological prospecting (easement or lease agreement), agreements with the administration of the subject, reclamation project. Also in case of revealing of encumbrance the calculation of damage to the business subject (compensation of damages is paid by the customer of works).
