Term of authorization for the SRF: from 15.02.2020g. to 31.05.2020g.
The cost of a proportionate fee for the easement under the agreement with the Administration of MO Tazovsky district and compensation of lost profits to the land user (state farms) is paid by the customer of works.

Required permits:
1. Decision on the approval of the scheme at the CCP;
2. Resolution on the provision of urgent public easements from the administration;
3. Agreement on the establishment of urgent public easements with the district administration;
4. Agreement on compensation of lost profits with the state farm;
5. Reports on the cost of the Agreement on the establishment of urgent public easements with the district administration and on the Agreement on compensation of lost profits with the state farm;
6. Reclamation project approved.
When submitting com. offers for bidding must attach: "Calendar plan of work performance", "List of similar works with indication of Customers and periods of work" and "Positive feedback from Customers on similar works".
Mandatory submission of a commercial offer on letterhead with the indication of the price for 1 Heca (excluding VAT), the total declared value of works (excluding VAT) and the indication of the percentage of VAT, as well as indicating the contact person.

Necessary documents:
1. Extract from the USRLE
2. A copy of the Declaration on the VAT with certificate of filing by the tax authority.
3. Certificate of state registration of legal entity
4. Certificate of registration of legal entity with the tax authorities
5. Certificate of no outstanding tax liability issued not earlier than 30 days before the submission date.
6. Charter
7. Financial statements for the last reporting period.
