Payment terms:
100% post-payment upon receipt of goods and materials at the intermediate warehouse in Aldan, st. Industrial 25, within 10 banking days from the date of delivery.
VAT is included.
Include transportation costs in the delivery cost, but separate them in a separate line.

By the supplier to the city of Aldan, Republic of Sakha (Yakutia).

Comments: 1) Please note that participation in the competition means acceptance of the form of the buyer's contract.

3) When placing a commercial proposal, it is necessary to indicate the manufacturer of the product, availability, production time, delivery time to the supplier's warehouse, cargo dimensions (weight, volume, number of containers), point of departure;
4) The products must be new, not used;
5) Products must be accompanied by certificates of conformity, passport, document confirming
quality;
6) Before shipment, you must fill out the packing list (see the example of filling in the purchase
documentation), stick the packing list on the packaging with the goods, send copies of the documents to the customer by e-mail.
We draw your attention to the fact that this request is not a notice of a competition (public competition) or a public offer and is not governed by Art. 447 - 449 part 1 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, Art. 1057 - 1061 part 2 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, this procedure does not impose on the Organizer an appropriate volume of civil legal obligations and reserves the right to refuse all received Proposals for any reason or to terminate the selection procedure at any time, without incurring any liability to the Participants.
In the proposed commercial proposals, indicate:
1) Separate cost for goods and separately cost for delivery;
2) Conformity certificates;
3) Manufacturer links;
4) Terms of payment;
5) Estimated delivery time;
6) The attitude of the supplier to the supplied products (manufacturer, free seller, official dealer);
7) A guarantee.
Venue of bidding:
This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.
