1. Payment of the "monthly rate" mode:
Payment of 1 (one) month of use of the car with the crew. For payment of the rendered services the acts of the executed works confirmed by the report from BSMTS (on-board system of monitoring of vehicles) and corresponding marks in a travel sheet of the authorized representative of the customer are accepted.
In case of early termination of works or rendering of services on transport application in the mode of work "Transportation between cities on Highway of federal value", the payment of part of a monthly rate in proportion to the spent shifts in a month and hours in shift is made.
2. Payment of the mode of operation "Transportation between cities on the highway of federal value":
To the payment of the rendered services are accepted acts of the executed works, folding from actual run on mileage and actual hours of waiting of the vehicle, confirmed by the report from BSMTS (on-board system of monitoring of vehicles) and corresponding Authorized representative of the customer, according to the current tariff for the CU. Carriages in one flight, including the "monthly rate" and "transportation between cities of federal significance", are calculated as the sum of such trips (combined variant), with the recalculation of the time of work in the mode of "monthly rate".
Payment for rendered services is carried out within 90 (ninety) calendar days, but not less than 60 (sixty) calendar days from the date of signing by the Parties of the Act of rendered services and on the basis of the original invoice of the executor.
Payment shall not be subject to expenses incurred by the executor, connected with repair, technical maintenance and maintenance of the correct condition of transport, provision of transport of fuel, insurance expenses, expenses for maintenance of employees of executor, including Travel expenses, subsistence allowance and other expenses related to the provision of transport services. During the task the customer does not provide the staff of the executor with food, place of rest and lodging. Creation of conditions for comfortable fulfillment of task of own personnel of executor is carried out by forces and at the expense of executor.
Travel on paid sections of roads (except costs, charged by system Plato), ferry and ferries are compensated by the customer on the basis of supporting financial documents.
Delivery terms:
the presence of the transport company specialized equipment with the crew:
- Car g/Passenger SUV pickup (Toyota Hilux, Mitsubishi L200, Uaz patriot or analogue not lower class), 5 seats, lifting capacity up to 700 kg., with the crew.
Minimum availability of TS, PCs.: 6.
TS must be owned by the executor. In view of the tightening of the requirements of the customers on the policy of "transport security", the involvement of individual entrepreneurs (IP) for the provision of services, including on the condition of subcontracting is not recommended.
Mandatory availability of swing transport and drivers, with the presence of issued passes for the passage to the objects of the main customers.
The beginning of rendering of transport services by the executor comes from the moment of reception of the pass on the CU and the driver on objects of the main customer of LLC "Weatherford".
In case of provision of urgent or additional services on the transport application, the executor must provide the necessary quantity of equipment. During the execution of the contract, it is possible to increase the production program and the executor must be ready to provide the equipment in the amount exceeding the minimum availability of the TS specified in the technical specification.
The age limit of the equipment being exploited is less than 5 years.
