| Payment terms: | Payment for services is made in a non-cash form in Russian rubles by wire transfer to the account of the Contractor within 45 (forty-five) calendar days (at least 30 (thirty) calendar days - in the case of an enterprise of ROSATOM), from the date the parties sign the deed of delivery - acceptance of the services rendered, on the basis of the invoice issued by the Contractor and the invoice drawn up in accordance with the requirements of the Tax Code of the Russian Federation. |

| Bid documentation provision procedure: | Bid documentation is provided free of charge in the form of an e-document in Rosatom section of RTS-tender (www.rosatom.rts-tender.ru), starting from the date of announcing a call for bids. |
| Please note that this Prices Monitoring Request is a procedure aimed at enabling the Organizer to determine the maximum initial contract price for a call for bids to be held afterwards, and imposes no obligations on the Organizer as to entering into a contract. |
