Bids submission deadline
Bids can also be submitted after the expiry of the specified period. However, bidding organizer has the right not to consider the bids submitted after bids submission deadline.
An advance payment in the amount of 30% of the total cost of services is transferred by the Customer to the account of the Contractor no later than 5 working days from the date of conclusion of the Agreement. Payment of the remaining amount of the cost of services in the amount of 70% of the total cost of services is made by the Customer no later than 5 working days from the date of signing the Acceptance Certificate for the services rendered.

This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.
