Bids submission deadline

Payment is made on the fact of rendered Services on the basis of documents issued in accordance with the established procedure and submitted by the executor (certificate of acceptance of rendered services, invoices for payment) in no more than 15 days from the date of signing by the customer of the document on acceptance of rendered services. Advance under the contract is not provided.
