Comments: ATTENTION:
Scope of services - organization of recreation for 39 underage individuals (arrivals in 2-3 groups) in the period: June-August 2021.
1. Transfer:
Travel on the Omsk-Anapa-Omsk route by railway transport (separate cars);
- Daily 3 meals a day in the dining car (clause 3.1 of the Sanitary and Epidemiological Requirements for the Carriage of Organized Groups of Children by Rail, hereinafter - SP 2.5.3157-14);
- Meeting / seeing off from the railway station to DOL by licensed motor transport for passenger transportation;
- For a group of children more than 30 people, escort - at least three adults (including 1 medical worker) (section IV SanPin 2.5.3157-14 of 01.21.14)
2. Life insurance:
- for the time of travel and residence of children in the camp
3. Duration of shift:
- not less than 21 days
4. Accommodation:
- Black Sea coast of Krasnodar Territory (m. Anapa)
- No more than 3-6 people in the room,
- amenities in the room or block,
- change of bed linen and cleaning taking into account the requirements of SP 2.4.3648-20 "Sanitary and Epidemiological Requirements for Organizations of Education and Training, Recreation and Recreation of Children and Youth" and other sanitary and hygienic norms and rules established by current legislation
5. Food:
- Daily balanced 5 meals a day (breakfast, lunch, afternoon tea, dinner, dream book) with a choice of buffet-style meals, taking into account the requirements of SP 2.4.3648-20 "Sanitary and Epidemiological Requirements for Organizations of Education and Training, Rest and health improvement of children and youth "and other sanitary and hygienic norms and rules established by the current legislation.
- Organization of a round-the-clock drinking regime.
6. Infrastructure:
- Availability of sports grounds, gyms, sports equipment, rooms for hobby groups, leisure and entertainment grounds, gazebos, etc.
- Indoor / outdoor pool for water and sun treatments
7. Beach:
- Private beach equipped with awnings, changing cabins, bathrooms.
- Safe, cleaned seabed.
- Bathing area marked with buoys.
- Control of the bathing of children by medical workers, rescuers, floaters, counselors.
8. Organization of leisure:
- Educators with pedagogical education.
- Cultural services under the children's recreation program
9.Medical service:
- By profiles in accordance with a valid license to carry out medical activities.
- Round-the-clock work of the medical corps throughout the shift,
- provision of the necessary stock of dressings and modern medicines
10. Ensuring the safety of the services provided:
- Round-the-clock security of the territory of a health institution during the entire period of stay of children in it;
- the presence of round-the-clock video surveillance in the camp;
- access control;
- equipment of premises on the territory of the camp with fire-prevention systems;
- the presence of an opinion of the state fire supervision body on the compliance of the state of the health institution and its territory with fire safety requirements;
- availability of a sanitary and epidemiological conclusion on the compliance of the institution with sanitary rules and regulations
