| Payment terms: | The Customer pays for the services actually rendered by the Contractor within 15 (fifteen) calendar days after signing the relevant Act on the provision of services and receiving the original invoice for payment. If the Contractor belongs to small and medium-sized businesses, the Customer pays for the services actually rendered by the Contractor within 7 (seven) business days after signing the relevant Act on the Provision of Services and receiving the original invoice for payment. |

| Bid documentation provision procedure: | Bid documentation is provided free of charge in the form of an e-document in Rosatom section of RTS-tender (www.rosatom.rts-tender.ru), starting from the date of announcing a call for bids. |
