Comments:
1. This competitive procedure for the preliminary selection of the Supplier is directed in accordance with the Tender Regulations of the Organizer of the tender as part of the procedure for requesting commercial proposals, which (like the procedure for the preliminary selection of the Supplier itself) is not an offer, auction or tender and is not regulated by Art. 447-449 h. 1 and 1057-1061 h. 2 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, this procedure does not impose on the Organizer an appropriate volume of civil and legal obligations and reserves the right to refuse all received Proposals for any reason or to terminate the selection procedure at any time without explaining the reasons, without incurring any liability to the Participants.
2. The organizer of the tender reserves the right to select several winners by dividing the supply of the specified quantity of goods at its own discretion and without explaining the reasons between several potential suppliers participating in the competitive procedure.
3. The model contract is attached in the buyer's files in this procedure. Additional agreements Anti-corruption clause, Special conditions, Sanctions clause are obligatory for signing without editing and protocol of disagreements.
4. Terms of reference in the attached documentation. A prerequisite for participation in the tender is work with a standard Rusagro contract (in the attachment) and confirmation of the fin. condition through the presence of unencumbered real estate / bank guarantee / surety agreement. |
