| Payment terms: | Payment for the services rendered is made by the Customer within 30 calendar days from the date of signing documents confirming the fact of the provision of services (stage of rendering services) * by the Contractor and the provision by the Contractor of the documents stipulated by the clause of the contract (subject to compliance with the requirements for their registration established by the current legislation of the Russian Federation and the contract ).
NOTE 1: When entering into contracts:
- with SMEs
Payment for the services rendered is made by the Customer within 15 working days from the date of signing documents confirming the fact of the provision of services (stage of rendering services) * by the Contractor and the provision by the Contractor of the documents stipulated by the clause of the contract (subject to compliance with the requirements for their registration established by the current legislation of the Russian Federation and the contract ).
NOTE 2:
* The stages of rendering services are indicated only when concluding contracts with SMEs.
Settlements under the agreement are carried out by transferring funds from the Customer's current account to the Contractor's current account. The date of payment is the date of debiting funds from the Customer's current account. There is no advance payment. |
| Venue of bidding: | This call for bids is carried out in e-form in Rosatom section of RTS-tender e-marketplace (www.rosatom.rts-tender.ru). Bidders' proposals are to be submitted in the form of an e-document. |
| Bid documentation provision procedure: | Bid documentation is provided free of charge in the form of an e-document in Rosatom section of RTS-tender (www.rosatom.rts-tender.ru), starting from the date of announcing a call for bids. |
| Please note that this Prices Monitoring Request is a procedure aimed at enabling the Organizer to determine the maximum initial contract price for a call for bids to be held afterwards, and imposes no obligations on the Organizer as to entering into a contract. |
