Ranking of bids
In the course of bidding, a price-based rank (position) shall be assigned to a quotation.
Assignment of the 1st rank (position) to a bid does not imply the bidder's winning, but enhances the bid's preferability for the Buyer when selecting the winner, all other factors being equal.

Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.
In calls for bids with bids ranking, bid submission deadline will automatically be extended in the same manner if the rank of a bidder changes.

Comments:
For all counterparties, it is necessary to attach a correctly completed and signed commercial proposal (the form is attached), financial statements for 2019 (balance sheet), a report on financial results for 2019, a receipt on receipt of reports by the tax authority, and also correctly fill in the cost of each item on the trading floor.

Applications submitted to TP B2b-Center without a commercial offer completed in the form (Appendix 1) will not be taken into account.

ChTPZ PJSC has the right to refuse any of the proposals and messages received in response to this notification (proposal) at any time without indicating the reasons for the refusal.

For new counterparties, it is imperative to attach:
1. Charter
2. Registration certificate
3. Certificate of tax registration
4. Extract from the Unified State Register of Legal Entities (not older than 30 days)
5. Memorandum of Association (if any)
6. Minutes (extract) of the general meeting on the election of the EIO, Order on taking office
7. Power of attorney (if the signatory is not the CEO)
Venue of bidding:This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.
