Dear Suppliers,
we invite you to participate in the Request for proposals for the provision of construction, electrical installation, installation and installation of video surveillance systems, audio support, telephony for SOKOLOV retail chain stores throughout the Russian Federation.

The goal is to form a pool of Suppliers in the context of regions, to obtain favorable price conditions and high-quality service in the mode of monthly openings of at least 5 outlets.

The request for proposals will be conducted in accordance with Appendix No. 1 (Unit Tariffs) and Appendix No. 2 (Application for participation in Tenders).

The place of the procedure is SET b2b-center.ru .
Participation in this procedure is free of charge.

The request for proposals will be held from 05.09.2022 to 17:00 on 19.09.2022 (Moscow time) with a possible extension after the end of the main time.


When submitting an offer, the participant must attach to the site and send to the following email address: elena.sulyagina@lucksa.ru:

- completed Appendix No. 1 (Unit Rates) - in electronic Excel and PDF format (certified by the signature of the responsible employee and the seal of the organization) by uploading documents to the ETP;
- completed Appendix No. 2 (Application for participation in Tenders, all three tabs) - in electronic Excel and PDF format (certified by the signature of the responsible employee and the seal of the organization) by uploading documents to the ETP;
- the counterparty's card (Appendix No. 3 of the tender documentation) in electronic Excel format by uploading the documents to the ETP.


The ongoing request for proposals is not a Tender (a form of bidding) provided for in Articles 447-449 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. The ongoing Competition is a Request for proposals (an invitation to make offers).
Venue of bidding:This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.
