Dear Suppliers,
we invite you to take part in the Request for proposals for the provision of construction and installation works (electrical installation, installation and installation of video surveillance systems, audio support, telephony) under the opening of the SOKOLOV retail chain throughout the Russian Federation.

The request for proposals will be carried out according to the Tariff Plan (Appendix No. 1), where the maximum cost of work is indicated. Participants have the right to repeatedly improve their offer.

The place of the procedure is SET b2b-center.ru .
The request for proposals will be held until 16:00 on 12.07.2023 (Moscow time) with a possible extension after the end of the main time.

When submitting an offer, the participant must attach to the site and send it to the following email address: elena.sulyagina@lucksa.ru:

- completed Appendix No. 2 (Application specification) - in electronic Excel and PDF format (certified by the signature of the responsible employee and the seal of the organization) by uploading the documents to the ETP;
- completed Appendix No. 3 (Application for participation in Tenders) - in electronic Excel and PDF format (certified by the signature of the responsible employee and the seal of the organization) by uploading documents to the ETP;
- SRO;
- letters of recommendation (if available).

The ongoing request for proposals is not a Tender (a form of bidding) provided for in Articles 447-449 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. The ongoing Competition is a Request for proposals (an invitation to make offers).
Venue of bidding:This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.
