Where: Art. Novosibirsk-Main West Siberian Railway When choosing a candidate for the provision of services, the following requirements will be taken into account:
1. The lowest cost of providing services.
2. Technical and qualitative conformity of the provided vehicle (rolling stock).
3. Provision of the full package of documents necessary for transportation.
4. Provision of a vehicle (rolling stock) IN STRICTLY AGREED TIME.
5. Control over the dislocation of the vehicle (rolling stock) and at the first request of the customer to provide a written notification of its location.
6. Preference for candidates with 100% coverage of the volume of the application, subject to a slight difference in the proposed cost compared to the candidates who submitted single or incomplete proposals.
7. The contract is concluded on the terms of OJSC "TMZ im. V.V. Vorovsky "

Penalties apply:
1. For violation of the agreed delivery deadlines for the vehicle (rolling stock).
2. For failure to provide, as well as incomplete or incorrect delivery of the package of documents required for the carriage.

Participants who previously violated contractual obligations, as well as participants who do not meet the above requirements, are not taken into account when choosing the winner.
