fines and compensation for damages, provided the
customer brings the content of these requirements

9. The contractor shall be liable to the customer
for violation of the requirements for occupational
safety, industrial security and environmental

19. The executor is obliged to accept cargoes
from the customer, trailers, semitrailers and to
provide their safe transportation according to the
customer's requests, in quantity and nomenclature
at indication of parameters (category, dimensions,
weight), in accordance with transport Patch. To
provide insurance of transport towing trailers,
transportation of semitrailers in accordance with
paragraph 7 of article 4 of the Federal Law of

(unproductive works) of links, brigades of the
customer, the customer shall have the right for
the period of downtime to expose the executor
