Delivery terms:Objects of well construction in Orenburg, Orenburg region, the eastern section of the Orenburg field
1. Available shall be all the necessary permits, licenses, and certificates for service provision.
2. Knowledge acquirement of drivers for the following programmes: "Defensive driving", "specialized teaching winter driving", "specialised training on the management of special equipment", first aid).
3. Availability of manufacturing subsidiaries in the region.
4. The possibility of a one-time provision of special equipment kits to implement dismantling, transport, assembling drilling rigs, drilling crews moves on one-off applications.
5. The presence of the required number of correct technique for excluding emergency downtimes (load-lifting equipment, gruzoperevozjashhaja equipment, earth moving machines, PUF (Paroperedvezhnye), specialized services road-building machinery, trucks, obtaining travel permits large equipment).
6. The execution of the application no later than 4:00 pm from the receipt of the application.
7. Willingness to conclude a contract for the provision of transport services on all conditions of the customer.
8. Fixing prices for the whole period of the contract.
