Payment terms:
1. Payment of the cost of services is made by transferring funds by the Customer to the account of the Contractor no later than 90 days after the submission of the act of the performed services (work), invoices, executed transport documents confirming the volume of services rendered and reconciliation statements.
2. The Contractor is obliged to provide waybills for the worked period from 01 to 10 of the current month no later than the 15th of the current month, for the worked period from 11 to 25 of the current month no later than the 30th of the current month, for the worked period from 26 to 30 (31) the date of the current month on time no later than the 4th day of the month following the month of the provision of services. If the 4th day coincides with a holiday or a weekend, the Contractor provides the specified documents on the first business day following the weekend or holiday. Together with the waybills, the Contractor provides the Customer with duly executed acts of work performed, registers and invoice under this agreement for the reporting period.

8. The Contractor is obliged at his own expense and on his own to ensure the installation of "tools" of satellite control of vehicles in the logistics department of UK Tatburneft LLC (for 3 workplaces according to the written order of the Customer) of his own transport, as well as a Subcontractor and / or rented person performing the work at the Customer’s facilities in the on-Line mode, as well as in the event log mode. Information on the operation of satellite navigation must comply with the established technical requirements of the Customer.
9. Warranty on compliance with customer requirements in the field of HSE, environmental protection, environmental protection, compliance with legislation on the protection of subsoil, environment, natural resources, safety rules in the oil and gas industry, traffic rules during operation of equipment, as well as ensuring the safety of passengers during their transportation.
10. Obligations of the applicant to ban the direction of technology, as well as the driver’s staff without passes, spark arrestors at the Customer’s facilities (if necessary, at the request of the Customer).

13. Unilaterally, the number of machines / hours can change in the direction of both decrease and increase (/ -30%) based on the needs of the Customer.
14. The ability to use the declared vehicles according to one-time applications for remote deposits or business trips according to the needs of the Customer.
15. Provide replacement (repair) of the vehicle at the expense of the Contractor no more than 2 hours without taking into account the time for delivery of the vehicle from the main base of the Contractor, but no longer than 4 hours.
16. Submit to the Customer a list of officials within 10 calendar days from the date of signing of this Agreement (indicating the position, full name, contact phone number) obliged at the invitation of the Customer to arrive at the specified place and authorized to participate in commissions to investigate cases of non-compliance or improper performance of obligations under this contract. In case of making changes to the list, within 5 working days to inform the Customer in writing about the changes.
17. In the case of applying penalties on the part of the Customers for the construction of wells due to the fault of the Contractor, the Contractor shall compensate the Customer for the losses incurred in connection with this in the amount of fines imposed.
18. The Customer may unilaterally, without notifying the Contractor, change the lot price in the direction of reduction.
