Auto-extension

Payment terms:1. Payment of services is made by transferring the customer funds to the account Executive Director, not later than 90 days after granting Act executed works (services) invoices issued transport documents certifying volume of rendered services and acts of mutual reconciliation.
2. the contractor must provide the waybills for spent the period from 01 to 10 current month not later than 15 of this month, for the period worked with 11 to 25 the number of current month within 30 day of the current month, for exhaust LN iodine from 26 to 30 (31) number of the current month in the period of not later than 4-th day of the month following the month of delivery of services. If the 4-th number with a festive or holiday Artist provides the documents on the first working day following the weekend or holiday. Together with driving assignments Artist provides the customer with a properly designed acceptance certificates, registers and invoice under this agreement during the reporting period.
