Comments:
Albazino Resources LLC invites you to take part in the tender for the provision of services of a watchman on duty in the city of Amursk, Khabarovsk Territory, in accordance with the terms of reference (hereinafter - TOR).

Place of provision of services:
Khabarovsk Territory, Amur District, Amursk, st. Amurskaya, 2, block G (apartment building).

Terms of service provision:
Work start date: 01.12.2020;
Completion date: 30.11.2021.

Scope of services:
1. Around the clock duty (three days later) with the employment of 4 (four) people;
2. Control over the observance of order at the entrance of a residential building.

Obligations of the performer:
1. Observation of the entrance doors to the entrance, admission of residents and guests, meeting and resettlement of guests and employees of the customer, familiarization with identity documents;
2. Checking the integrity of the locks, the health of the telephone, lighting in the entrance and at the front door;
3. If any malfunctions are detected (broken doors, windows, locks, etc.), reports this to the person to whom he is subordinate, as well as to the customer's representative;
4. Opening and closing entrance doors;
5. Keeping a log of the time of visiting an apartment building by persons who do not live in the house and are not guests;
6. Reception and delivery of duty with a corresponding entry in the journal;
7. Issuance and acceptance of keys from apartments, apartments-hotels with keeping records in the journal;
8. In the event of a fire, it raises the alarm, calls the fire department, notifies the person to whom he reports, as well as the customer's representative, takes measures to extinguish the fire;
9. In the event of an emergency (breakthrough of pipes in the heating and water supply system), calls the emergency service of housing and communal services;
10. Timely informs the customer's representative about emergency situations;
11. Survey of visitors about the purpose of their arrival. Advising guests and visitors on the location of apartments at the entrance;
12. Maintenance of the checkpoint room in proper sanitary condition;
13. Monitoring the order and cleanliness of the entrance, the safety of equipment;
14. Keeping a register of key issuance, arrival / departure of guests;
15. Other duties as specified by the customer are within the competence of the watchman on duty.

Basic requirements for the Contractor's personnel (quantity / qualification / mode of operation):
1. All newly hired watchmen on duty must have a medical examination report and a negative result for COVID-19;
2. Know the phone numbers of the administration, police, ambulance, fire department, and emergency services;
3. Know and comply with the rules and regulations of labor protection, safety, industrial sanitation, fire protection and environmental protection.

The customer provides:
1. Equipped workplace: table, chair, video intercom control panel;
2. Stationery;
3. Tenant registration logs, key issuance, visits;
4. Lockable container for keys;
5. Equipped place for eating and resting.

- a commercial offer on the official letterhead of the participant signed by an authorized person indicating the cost for the entire period of services provision (365 days) and the tariff for the provision of services for 1 day;
- a completed Counterparty Questionnaire (Appendix No. 2 to the letter) and a reference list;
- constituent documents: charter (completely in the latest edition), certificate of the OGRN, certificate of TIN, decision of the founder on the appointment of the head, letter on assignment of codes (Rosstat);
- consent to the processing of personal data (in accordance with the form) (Appendix No. 3 to the letter).

This procedure does not constitute a public tender and is not regulated by Articles No. 447-449 of the Part I of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation,
This procedure is also not a public auction and is not subject to Articles 1057-1061, Part II, of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, this RFP procedure does not impose the corresponding amount of civil and legal obligations on the Customer.
