Bidders can submit their proposals for certain lots of the call for bids, but necessarily for all the items within a selected lot

Bidding initiator has set a restriction on submission of a bid with a price which is higher than the price of the previous bid submitted by the bidder. Once the bid is submitted, the stated price can not be increased.

Payment terms:Payment for technical support services - monthly, deferred payment 45 days from the date of signing the Acceptance Certificate for the services rendered.
Payment for services to improve the efficiency of JIRA and Confluence functions - upon completion of work / services rendered at the end of each stage, payment deferral of 45 days from the date of signing the Acceptance Certificate of the work performed / services rendered.
Delivery terms:In accordance with the Plan for the execution of works / provision of services agreed by the Customer.
Terms of execution of works / rendering of services:
From 01.10.2021 to 30.09.2022.
Georeferencing:127473, Moscow, Krasnoproletarskaya str., 16, Novoslobodsky Business Center.
Comments:
Schedule for the performance of work / provision of services, indicating:
- stages of work,
- the timing of each stage,
- the number of specialists involved in the implementation of each stage (with a breakdown of the consultant / developer)
must be submitted by the Participant as part of the Application.
Venue of bidding:This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.
