| Payment terms: | Payment by the Lessee is made in the following order: within 45 (forty-five) banking days from the date of signing the Agreement, the Lessee pays 30% of the rental amount for the entire lease period, 70% of the rental amount for the entire rental period is not paid by the Lessee later than the last day of the lease term for parts of land plots, namely until 01/12/2023. |
