Utility costs are paid monthly until the 25th (twenty-fifth) day of each month, but not earlier than 5 (five) business days from the date the landlord provides the invoice for payment and primary documents.
The parking fee is paid monthly by transferring funds to the Lessor's account no later than the 05th day of the current month. |

| Bid documentation provision procedure: | Bid documentation is provided free of charge in the form of an e-document in Rosatom section of RTS-tender (www.rosatom.rts-tender.ru), starting from the date of announcing a call for bids. |
