Auto-extension

Payment terms:Payment for the repair and construction work performed by the Contractor is made by the Customer on the basis of monthly acceptance certificates of the completed work (Form No. KS-2), a certificate of the cost of the work performed (Form No. KS-3) and invoice, within 60 days from the date of signing first act (recommended conditions)
Delivery terms:The commencement of work after five days from the date of signing the contract. Duration of work is 60 days.

SCOPE OF PERFORMANCE PERFORMED, ACCORDING TO THE TERMS OF REFERENCE.

LOADED DOCUMENTS:
1) The submitted application for participation must be accompanied by the TCH with the annexes and contain key information on the scope of services provided (consolidated estimates), conditions and terms for the provision of services.
2) Please carefully read the standard version of the service contract. The Member is entitled to propose a protocol differences that must be provided in the membership offer. Otherwise, the Participant shall be deemed to have agreed with the suggested wording.
3) TCH is supplemented by documents confirming the possibility of providing these services (SRO, certificates, passports, etc.).

GENERAL INFORMATION:
This RFP procedure does not constitute a tender and is not subject to Articles 447-449 of the Part I of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. This procedure is also not a public auction and is not subject to Articles 1057-1061, Part II, of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, this request for proposals does not impose on the customer an appropriate amount of civil law obligations.
Venue of bidding:This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.
