Payment terms:

General performance requirements:
The work must be performed by a contractor for in full accordance with the agreed time schedule of works and estimates approved as part of the contract.
The contractor should have a license (SRO) needed to perform the work on the project of the Customer;
Before starting work, and the signing of the contract, the Contractor shall submit a final version of the budget documentation, agree on a schedule of works.
Materials, components, tools and equipment used at work, are included in the cost of the work and are not subject to additional payment by the Customer.
Perform necessary trained and certified to perform the corresponding operations specialists. Every employee of a contractor must have a certificate confirming the qualifications and the necessary approvals for specialized types of work.
All the materials used to carry out repair work must comply with state standards and other regulatory documents (material quality evaluation according to the quality certificate, the certificate of conformity and passports). Contractor shall be responsible for the compliance of the materials used to state standards and technical conditions.
All works are carried out without disrupting the schedule of work and production processes of the customer company. Place of storage of materials and waste must be agreed with the customer prior to the start of work. Upon completion of garbage should be taken out and disposed of by and at the expense of the Contractor.
Production work is carried out during working hours of the Customer Enterprise. Weekend work and working time is possible in exceptional cases and agreed separately with the customer in advance.
After completion of the work the Contractor shall provide the Customer with the executive and accounting documentation duly executed in accordance with the requirements of Russian legislation. (The act of acceptance of work performed, the invoice and so on.).
The purpose of works:

Requirements to quality of works:
Quality of work must meet the requirements of the applicable rules and regulations, national standards, technical documentation and other regulations.
Acceptance of work by a commission of the Customer with the participation of the authorized representatives of the Contractor.
The work carried out in compliance with MOE requirements and so on. The supervisory authorities, should be handed over the selection committee of the corresponding supervisory body.
The warranty period for work performed for at least 36 months. The warranty period The contractor must provide travel specialists and elimination of defects during 2 days (working days) after receipt of the request from the customer.
The security requirements of work:
The entire staff of a contractor should be instructed in safety and fire safety, familiarization with the procedures and policies of the company "Weatherford" to safely perform the work.
When carrying out the Contractor shall comply with the environmental protection requirements of the current legislation of the RF environment, guided by the applicable building codes, fire safety rules and safe operation of construction machines and mechanisms, environmental and sanitary-hygienic and other standards, internal regulations (standards and policies OT HSE) of the Customer.
The Contractor shall be solely responsible for the safe conduct of work, compliance with fire safety regulations, safety regulations at work, accident investigation, if they do occur.
Leaders and professionals must be trained and certified in the field of industrial safety and labor protection.
Terms of carrying out all the works: December 2019 January 2020.
