| Payment terms: | Payment for the services rendered by the Contractor is carried out by the Customer on a monthly basis, for the actually rendered volume of services, 45 calendar days after the signing of the Act of delivery - acceptance of the services rendered (separately for each division of the Customer according to the belonging of the serviced object of the Customer), taking into account the provision of originals of the invoice and invoice (separately for each division of the Customer according to the belonging of the serviced object of the Customer), by transferring funds to the settlement account of the Contractor. |
