| Payment terms: | Calculations for services rendered are made monthly. The Customer pays for services upon the provision of services at the stage within a period of not more than 15 calendar days from the date of signing by the Parties of the Acceptance Certificate for the services rendered at the stage, subject to the provision of the original payment documents (invoices, invoices) by the Contractor, as well as the documents provided for in Terms of reference (Appendix 1) or from the day the Contractor is notified of the offset of counter-homogeneous claims. |

| Please note that this Prices Monitoring Request is a procedure aimed at enabling the Organizer to determine the maximum initial contract price for a call for bids to be held afterwards, and imposes no obligations on the Organizer as to entering into a contract. |
