| Payment terms: | The customer pays for the services by transferring the funds specified in clause 3.1. of the draft agreement, to the settlement account of the Contractor after signing the Universal Transfer Document within 10 calendar days, but not earlier than the receipt of funds to the settlement account of the Customer under the Main Agreement. |
