| Payment terms: | Payment for the services rendered by the Contractor is carried out by the Customer on a monthly basis, for the actually rendered volume of services 45 calendar days after the signing of the Act of delivery - acceptance of the services rendered (separately for each division of the Customer, according to the belonging of the serviced object, in accordance with Appendices No. 6-14 to the TOR), taking into account provision of originals of invoices and invoices (separately to each division of the Customer, according to the belonging of the serviced object, in accordance with Appendices No. 6-14 to the TOR), by transferring funds to the settlement account of the Contractor. |
