We inform you of the Information Request (RFI) for the pre-qualification selection of Agencies to participate in the procurement procedure for the selection of a Single Supplier for the Syndicative Monitoring of Satisfaction of Subscribers of Fixed Broadband and Digital TV Services in the Russian Federation in 2019/20 for Net By Net LLC Holding ", VimpelCom PJSC, MTS PJSC, MGTS PJSC, Rostelecom PJSC, ER-Telecom Holding JSC, COMKOR OJSC (AKADO Telecom) (hereinafter referred to as the Syndicate).
As part of this request, the Participant must provide the documents specified in the requirements at the sites of the syndicate
Information on the RFI request is sent no later than September 9, 2019 until 15-00 (MSK) to each member of the Syndicate WITHOUT EXCLUSION on the following sites:
