| Payment terms: | Payment under the Agreement is made in the following order:
- for services to ensure the participation of Russian and international speakers in the preparation and conduct of events organized by ANO Corporate Academy of Rosatom, the Customer, based on the number of hours and the cost of one hour specified in Appendix No. 2 to the Agreement, transfers the amount of money to the Contractor based on the invoice within 10 (ten) banking days after the provision of services and the signing of a universal transfer document upon the provision of services, but not earlier than receipt of funds to the account of the Customer under the Main Agreement. At the same time, the total debt of the Customer to the Contractor for the amount of all Universal Transfer Documents during the period of the contract must not exceed 10,000,000 (ten million) rubles 00 kopecks, including 20% VAT. |
| Venue of bidding: | This call for bids is carried out in e-form in Rosatom section of RTS-tender e-marketplace (www.rosatom.rts-tender.ru). Bidders' proposals are to be submitted in the form of an e-document. |
